About Sandra Cleaning
A local, registered cleaning business serving Huntsville, Madison, Athens and the surrounding North Alabama communities.
Our Story
Sandra House Cleaning Service was built by Marco Antonio Sandoval Cocon on a simple promise: show up when you say you will, clean the parts other people skip, and charge exactly what you quoted.
That's still how it works today, across 9 communities in North Alabama. Most of our customers came from someone else handing our number along — families in Huntsville and Madison, landlords and property managers turning over rentals in Athens and Guntersville, and builders finishing new homes in Harvest and Toney.
We handle both sides of the work: regular house cleaning and move-in / move-out deep cleans for homeowners and renters, plus office and commercial cleaning and the detailed final clean on new construction and remodels. We clean Monday through Saturday, we quote every job in writing before we start, and there is no contract to sign — you can change or stop your schedule any time.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up when we say we will, on time and at the price we quoted, whether it is a studio apartment or an office floor.
Trust
We work in your home, often while you are out. The same team each visit, and real care taken with your keys and your belongings.
Quality
Baseboards, tracks, cabinet interiors and appliance doors. We clean the details you would check if you were inspecting the job yourself.
Community
We are a local family business in the Huntsville metro. We clean for our neighbours and we stand behind every visit.
Our Mission
Give North Alabama families and businesses a genuinely clean space without the hassle of chasing anyone down. Treat every customer like a neighbour. Earn trust one visit at a time — which is exactly how we got here.
Our Promise
If it's not right, tell us and we come back and fix it. No shortcuts, no excuses, no surprise line items on the invoice. That's how we've built a base of repeat customers and referrals across North Alabama.
